Birchbox Spoiler – April 2015

The theme and potential contents for the April Birchbox have been announced! So if you don’t want a spoiler look away now…

This month’s theme is Royally Good, inspired by the impending arrival of Will’s and Kate’s second baby. Birchbox has already gone mad about the royal baby with the office already taking sweepstakes as to the baby’s sex, and with your Royally Good box you can join in too. With all subscribers receiving either a pretty in pink or beautifully blue box, both with a gorgeous limited edition design, the box is also part of a fun April competition; simply share a picture of your box along with hashtag #HRHBirchbox and telling Birchbox what you would do if you were Queen For A Day. If the Royal Baby is a girl, those who shared a pink box picture will be entered into a competition to win £500 worth of pink beauty goodies. If it’s a boy, all those who share a picture of their blue Birchboxes will be in with a chance of winning £500 of blue beauty goodies!

Subscribers have the chance to customise their box this month by picking between three fabulous Laura Mercier make-up samples including the Black Violet Kohl Eye Pencil, the Full Blown Volume Mascara, or the Foundation Primer. Other products that feature this month and may be in your box include Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish, Korres Pomegranate Shower Gel, Bliss Foaming Facial Wash, Pommade Divine Balm, Percy & Reed Hair Oil or a full size Lola nail polish. With such a varied line-up of great brands and products to discover i’m super excited to see what my box will contain!

Not only do I love the theme but I also think it would make a cute gift for anyone expecting a baby this year. Why not purchase them a gift subscription to Birchbox instead of the typical Baby Shower gifts? What do you think of this month’s theme?

A Birchbox subscription costs £12.95 per month (cancel anytime) and if you are interested in subscribing to Birchbox you can use my referral link and as a thank you we both get 50 points to spend in the Birchbox shop.

I love the idea of these beauty boxes (I was doing Ipsy for a little while), but with my sensitive skin issues I just ended up with a bunch of make-up I couldn’t use. That is why I’m so in love with Younique!
