Pink Parcel – April Unboxing

It is my favourite time of the month, when beauty boxes galore begin to land at my doorstep. One of the first to arrive this month is from Pink Parcel, who supply us with not only our necessary sanitary products each month, but also delight us with a veritable array of treats designed to take our mind off that time of the month. This is a box that delivers a practical service combined with a touch of luxury and for that reason it remains one of my favourites!

First out of the box is a Binky Eyeliner Pencil in Black (£1.95). This is a gorgeously creamy eyeliner and its twist action is perfect if you are someone like me who can never find their sharpener!

Next up we have a 100% natural, lanolin lip balm, which is one of my favourite lip products. Lipglam (£9.99) is a must-have for every make-up bag, it instantly relieves dry, chapped lips and offers hydration that lasts for eight hours. It can also be used on cuticles, dry elbows or anywhere else you need a quick boost of moisture.

The boxes this month could contain either a Bellapierre cheek and lip stain or eye shimmer. I got the Bellapierre Eye Shimmer in Discotheque (£12.99), which uses 100% pure Mica powder to provide long lasting, vibrant colour that is hypoallergenic and perfect for sensitive skin.

Next out of the box is a single use sachet of Paul Mitchell Tea Tree Hair & Scalp Treatment (Value £1.50). This hair treatment strengthens and moisturises with soy proteins, panthenol, vitamin E and shea butter, which help to condition, repair and protect the hair. Natural salicylic acid derived from willow bark provides relief for dry or irritated scalps while tea tree oil, peppermint and lavender creates an exhilarating, refreshing aroma. Massage this treatment into your scalp and leave for five minutes for stronger, healthier hair.

For a bit of fun we have Mad Beauty Elephant tissues (99p), a handbag sized pack of 10 brightly coloured tissues that are ideal for the start of the hayfever season or for just mopping up after your toddler spilt their drink for the tenth time!

As is the norm we also have two treats to tickle our tastebuds.

First is Kandula Pink Ceylon Tea, the first ever naturally produced pink tea. Containing high levels of antioxidants and Vitamin C, this not only tastes good but is a source of natural goodness, so you can give your insides a boost at the same time as treating your tastebuds.

Finally a previous brand is making a comeback with their Doisy & Dam Coconut & Lucuma Chocolate Bar (£2). Flavoured with sweet coconut and naturally caramel-flavoured lucuma this chocolate is the die for – truely a chocolate lovers’ dream!

In addition to the beauty products each box contains 25 tampons (or sanitary towels if that is your preference) and Pink Parcel allows you to choose from a selection of well known brands as well as selecting when and how long your cycle is. The tampons also come with a cute black pouch to keep in your bag.

So that my lovelies is the April line-up and i’m sure you’ll agree that Pink Parcel have spoilt us once again. Mother Nature can throw her worst at us but with Pink Parcel you can be sure you’ll be prepared and look great (even if your insides say otherwise)! Priced at £9.95 per month (or £5.95 for your first month) including postage this box as ever is great value. Find out more here.

This is such a cute subscription box, I’m tempted to sign up and give it a go. They actually give you a fair amount of sanitary items which could see most of us through the period and the added beauty extras are always super cute and fun! I see big things for Pink Parcel if they keep up the good work!
