Lush Haul – Christmas 2015

It’s that time of year when Lush reveal their Christmas range and their stores come alive with legions of cute santa bubble bars, sparkly fairy wands and spicy scented bath bombs. This year however I’ve not been able to make it to a store so instead made an order online. Along with a few old favourites are some brand new creations, so lets take a peek at just a selection from the Lush Christmas 2015 range.

First up is the Yog Nog Bath Bomb (£3.95). Yog Nog is a scent I fell in love with last year so I was excited to see it launched as a bath bomb this year. Made with a combination of shea butter, cocoa butter, and coconut oil, this deliciously scented bath bomb is incredibly moisturising on the skin, and Clove, Ylang-Ylang and Jojoba oils lend this bath bomb a sweet, warming fragrance reminiscent of cinder toffee and toasted marshmallow.

Next is a beautiful pure white star shaped bath bomb, Star Dust (£2.95). Scented with Vanilla, Bergamot and Rosewood and covered in little flecks of iridescent glitter, this unassuming bath bomb has a surprise, releasing lots of brightly coloured stars as it dissolves.

The final bath bomb I purchased was the Luxury Lush Pud (£3.65). This super cute bath bomb has a relaxing fragrance, combining Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Tonka absolute, Benzoin resinoid, and Gardenia extract and the colourful show it puts on in the bath is a real treat!

Moving on we have some gorgeous bubble bars starting with Bar Humbug (£3.65). This shimmery deep purple bubble bar is scented with Fennel and Bergamot giving it a warming liquorice scent. The size will give you two to three uses.

It wouldn’t be Christmas without a Santa or two, so I had to pick up a Peeping Santa Bubble Bar (£3.95). This cute little fella is scented with Bergamot and Geranium oils and is chocful of cocoa butter and shea butter giving you a bath full of incredibly soft, nourishing bubbles.

If you love glitter then this next product, the Five Gold Rings Bubble Bar (£4.95) is for you. The five individual rings will give you five sparkly baths, fragranced with a beautiful blend of Vanilla, Benzoin resinoid, Tonka absolute and Gardenia extract.

The final product is the very teeny Snow Melt (£2) which looks exactly like a little snow ball. The combination of stimulating peppermint oil with fresh Sicilian lemon recreate the crisp Winter air, whilst skin-softening cocoa, illipe and shea butters transform the water into creamy, indulgent bliss.

With the nights drawing in and the weather getting colder nothing beats a warm bubble bath and Lush have the perfect products to pick up your senses. So if you long for a bit of “me time” head down to you local store or take a look online and browse these seasonal delights.

I absolutely love Lush cosmetics, especially around the holidays. They have Eggnog soap that smells amazing, and I hate eggnog. I can’t wait for their holiday gift collections to come out! Great post. I have some beauty finds and reviews that you might enjoy as well, check it out!
