Nanshy Eye Brush Set

People today are becoming increasingly aware of what goes into their beauty products, whether it’s parabens, synthetic colours or animal products, and in response to that demand many companies are ditching the chemical nasties and animal byproducts.

Nanshy is one such brand which ensures all its beauty tools are 100% vegan and approved by PETA as completely cruelty free, from their great value foundation sponge which I reviewed previously, to their high quality makeup brushes I’m featuring today.

The super-soft synthetic bristles of the Nanshy Eye Brush Set (RRP £29.95) are antibacterial, non-shedding and extensively tested to ensure they’re kind to skin, not to mention the price point, which at just short of £30 for seven brushes is fantastic value. Consisting of a Precise Bent Eyeliner Brush, Angled Detailer Brush, Flat Definer Brush, Blending Brush, Eye Crease Brush, Tapered Crease Brush and Large Shader Brush this set has every eye makeup brush you could possibly need as well as some you didn’t know you needed! I must admit for day-to-day makeup I normally use only three of the eyeshadow brushes, but on nights out and for special occasions they all come out to play and the results are well worth a little extra time.

The synthetic hair of the Nanshy brushes is exceptionally soft and kind to the delicate skin. It grabs the eyeshadow pigment well, yet transfers it onto the lids smoothly and effortlessly. Along with the pearlised carbon coloured handles, which sit comfortably in the hands, and the metal heads impressed with the Nanshy logo these brushes not only perform as well as, but look just as good as brushes twice the price!

Available in Onyx Black or Pearlescent White you can purchase the brushes here.
