If your periods get you down Pink Parcel will help put a smile on your face, making that time of the month a treat instead of simply a chore!

February’s box has now landed, so let’s take a peek inside and see if this month’s line-up is as impressive as previous boxes.

First up is for me the star of the show; a 10ml sample of Lola’s Apothecary Sweet Lullaby Soothing Body & Massage Oil (100ml, RRP £36). Handmade in Devon this multi-purpose oil is beauty wonder. Featuring Rosehip Oil, Argan Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Peach Kernel Oil, and Vitamin E, and with a completely natural scent consisting of Lavender, Vanilla, Ylang Ylang and Sweet Orange it is deeply restorative not just for the body but the mind. Suitable for face, body, hair and nails it has many uses and the rollerball applicator makes it so handy.

Next up are two sample sachets from Merumaya including their Melting Cleansing Balm and Iconic Youth Serum. Merumaya combines cutting edge skincare technology with the best ingredients nature has to offer to bring us these sublime formulas that are suitable for all skintypes.

The third product is a 75ml travel sized Aussie Miracle Moist Conditioner (250ml, RRP £4.19). Aussie is hugely popular haircare brand and it is definitely a brand I’m happy to see featured, however I would have preferred to get a shampoo as I think recieving a lone conditioner is a little odd.

Moving on we have a handful of ‘lifestyle’ items including a Lavender Scented Eyemask (RRP £5.99), designed to soothe away daily stresses and ease you into a good night’s sleep with its relaxing scent, a pretty Sass & Belle Mini Photo Frame (RRP £2.50), the delicious sounding Fudge Kitchen Double Trouble Chocolate Fudge and a Lola’s Apothecary Rainbows and Whirlwinds teabag.

Last but not least are your sanitary items which include a more than adequate supply of tampons or sanitary towels and a handful of panty liners tailored to your flow and brand preference, a SASS Soothe & Smooth Shave Gel (RRP £10) and Fab Little Bag Handbag Pack (RRP £1.99) which solves the age-old dilemma of how to dispose of your tampons.

At £12.99 February’s box is definitely worth the money, however with the exception of the amazing Lola’s Apothecary oil the extras don’t quite excite me as much as previous months. I am happy to see the Sass Shave Gel however as I ran out of my usual shave cream and have been using soap instead! Pink Parcel give subscribers a choice of 3 delivery dates meaning that no matter when your cycle falls, your parcel will arrive just in time, so you don’t have to worry.
