Forza Hydratrim Review

When it comes to weightloss, or lack thereof, my problem isn’t an unhealthy diet and a lack of exercise (I hit the gym 4 to 5 times a week), but my appetite. I like food and lots of it! I don’t particularly believe in restrictive diets either – cutting the carbs, juicing etc – it’s just not me and it doesn’t fit in with my family and social life. What I need is something that keeps me satiated for longer, and curbs my appetite without the need to cut out particular foods.

That’s why I was so excited to discover Forza Hydratrim Weight Loss Capsules (30 day supply, RRP £25)*. Containing naturally derived Glucomamman which expands gently in your stomach these capsules help to fill you up, keeping hunger pangs at bay and making you feel fuller for longer. Not a shake or calorie counter in sight.

Hydratrim is designed to be taken half an hour before each meal, so that’s two capsules three times a day. Taken with a glass of water, once these odorless and tasteless capsules reach the stomach the Glucomammam absorbs the water and expands to fill your stomach. It’s as simple as that, and with none of the embarrassing side-effects you get with traditional weightloss supplements such as laxatives. The only problem I found was remembering to take the tablets but once I got into a routine it was a lot easier.

I definitely found Hydratrim curbed my appetite; in particular it stopped me from snacking which as we all know can be a big stumbling block when it comes to weightloss. It also helped to re-educate me about my eating habits and I realised how much I used food as a way to reward myself or to make me feel better, and how I would snack in the evening when I was bored.

Before Hydratrim my weightloss had plateaued but after a month of taking the supplements I had lost a further 5lbs and my size 10 jeans, which I’d purchased just before starting Hydratrim, were very loose and I now need to wear a belt with them. So thanks to Hydratrim not only have I lost those last few stubborn pounds but I also have an excuse to go shopping!

You can buy Hydratrim at Holland and Barrett stores or direct from Forza Supplements. They are currently on offer with a third off making them just £16.66, so now is a great time to give them a try if you’re trying to get in shape for the summer!
