It’s that time of the month, which means its time to snuggle up with my hot water bottle and watch a Box Set of my favourite US drama, while I order my husband around to make me a brew! No coincidence that it is also time for my Pink Parcel delivery, which is packed full of all my monthly period needs alongside a handful of other beauty and lifestyle goodies to help you through the week. So what is inside the October box?
First up is a good sized 25ml sample of Merumaya Melting Cleansing Balm (100ml, RRP £16.50). This cleansing balm melts away makeup amd grime, and leaves your skin hydrated and feeling silky smooth and nourished.
Next up is a full size Dr Paw Paw Original Balm (25ml, RRP £6.95), a multipurpose soothing balm with naturally fermented Paw Paw. Paw Paw is rich in antioxidants and minerals and also contains vitamins C and B to aid skin repair. In addition Aloe Vera soothes while Olive Oil adds extra hydration.
I love face masks and as my skin always misbehaves when I have my period the third item, the Anatomicals Grease Isn’t The Word Mattifying Face Mask (RRP £1) is a very welcome addition to this month’s box. Controlling shine and helping to clear blackheads this mask is ideal to have on standby if you’re prone to hormonal breakouts.
Moving on we have a sample sized Sass Cleanser, which is perfect to throw into your gym bag. This pH balanced cleanser will help to gently cleanse and leave you feeling fresh without upsetting your body’s natural balance.
The next product is a Barry M Pressed Eyeshadow (RRP £2.99). This is a lovely gun metal shade, perfect for creating a smokey eye, and it will be great for the party season. It has a slight shimmer and looks gorgeous on.
Another item perfect for this time of year is the Rare Nail Polish Set in Underworld (RRP £11.95). Featuring three complementary nail colours plus a set of nail stickers these trend led Nail Trios are all you need to create fun and funky nail art.
Next up is a trio of lifestyle goodies including a sample of Vita Coco Coconut Oil, a slice of Tipple Tails Coco Bazaar Fruitcake, and a We Are Tea mint, ginger and fennel tea bag specifically formulated to soothe your tummy.
Included in each month’s box as always is an ample selection of tampons or sanitary pads (you choose your product type and brand), and a handful of panty liners, ensuring you’re never caught short!
