My December Pink Parcel has arrived and alongside those all-important sanitary products the box is jam packed with treats – the perfect midwinter pick me up! Read on to find out what subscribers were treated to this month.
First out of the box are three beauty goodies; a 20ml sample of Mudmasky (full size RRP £62) and a 25ml Amie Deep Pore Exfoliator (full size RRP £5.95), along with a rose gold Blemish Wand from The Vintage Cosmetic Company (RRP £7.50). These are decent items, although I was hoping for something a little more glamourous for the party season – not a blackhead extractor!
Next up are the lifestyle items. First is a Simple Candle Co wax melt in Cinnamon Sticks (RRP£2), which is a really lovely festive scent. I’ve popped this in a stocking by the front door where it is fragrancing my hallway beautifully. Next is a pair of Pink Parcel bow earrings from JewelleryBox.co.uk (RRP £4.05) made from 925 Sterling Silver. Subscribers either received a silver pair or rose gold, and they are so delicate and pretty. Last but not least we have a pair of Pink Parcel branded socks by Bryt Clothing (RRP £9.99), which feel nice and soft.
The final items in the box included a chocolate coated gingerbread flavoured fudge dipper from The Fudge Kitchen, a Cacao Orange Raw Energy Bar from The Squirrel Sisters, and some Clementine Calamity tea from Lola’s Apothecary. The fudge and snack bars tasted amazing and were very quickly demolished, but I’m yet to sample the tea! Subscribers were already treated to the latest copy of Look Magazine (RRP £2.20).
Priced at £10.50 a month the Pink Parcel is incredible value and I love the convenience of getting all your monthly essentials sent directly to your door. For me however although the treats were nice they didn’t really excite me so much, but I think after being a subscriber for so long it’s probably getting tougher to impress me. However if you like the look of this month’s goodies, head over to the Pink Parcel website to find out more and get your first parcel for just £6.99!
