AQUIS Lisse Luxe Hair Turban

If you are fed up of wet hair that takes ages to dry, or have frizzy and damaged hair that needs extra care, you need the AQUIS Hair Turban in your life.

The AQUIS Essentials Lisse Luxe Hair Turban (RRP £30)* is made of a unique material called Aquitex. Super soft and highly absorbant this fabric rapidly wicks water away from the hair, reducing the drying time of your hair. It is also incredibly lightweight, so unlike a towel it doesn’t tug and stretch the hair, meaning its much kinder to delicate tresses. The turban itself is also very quick drying and after half an hour on the radiator or washing line it is bone dry and ready to use again.

When hair is wet it is delicate, stretchy, swollen and needs extra care. It is in this vulnerable state when most of the damage occurs, leaving hair that is frizz prone, rough and dull.

AQUIS’ innovative fabric hair turban gently wraps around your hair to quickly wick away far more water than a traditional cotton bath towel, and the smooth fibres causes much less friction. The result is smoother hair that needs far less time under damaging heat tools. the turban is easy to wrap around the hair and also fixes in place with a loop and button fastening so you can get on with the rest of your beauty regime or household chores, safe in the knowledge that it won’t fall off.

The AQUIS Hair Turban is definitely a lot more gentle on the hair than towel drying, and it definitely left my hair less matted. I’m not 100% sold on the idea that it cut down drying time, but my hair definitely looked sleeker and more glossy so for that reason I would whole heartedly recommend it.

Available in four colours you can find the AQUIS Hair Turban at selected beauty retailers including Lookfantastic and Beauty Bay.
