AA Skincare Conditioner

AA Skincare are still expanding their range of Ayurvedic inspired beauty products, and in addition to their shower gels and shampoos have introduced a lovely range of conditioners, designed to tackle any hair type or problem you can think of.

The AA SkincareCederwood & Peppermint Deep Cleansing Conditioner is just one of five, plant-inspired natural conditioners to be launched by AA Skincare. The others are the Rosemary, Burdock & Sage Lift & Repair Conditioner, Amla & Clary Sage Rejuvenating Conditioner, Peony, Bay & Brahmi Nourishing Conditioner and Ylang Ylang, Argan & Rosemary Reviving Conditioner

The Cedarwood & Peppermint Deep Cleansing Conditioner is described as an invigorating and naturally refreshing conditioner that also adds volume & shine, and it certainly lives up to that claim. I often skip conditioning my hair as many conditioners are simply too rich and heavy for my oily hair. This conditioner detangles and smoothes my hair without weighing it down. I also enjoy the fresh scent which is really uplifting, especially on a sluggish morning.

The conditioner contains a long list of botanicals, each of which has been carefully selected for its benefits for the hair and scalp;

Argan Oil – Conditioning and nourishing; helps protect hair and can promote growth.

Honeyquat 50 – Moisturising and conditioning. Helps promote volume and thickness in the hair.

Silicone derived from Olive Oil – Offers elasticity to hair. Makes hair more manageable and leaves feeling silky and smooth.

Coconut Oil – Soothing and calming. Moisturises the hair from root to tip, whilst helping reduce signs of irritation in the scalp.

Cedarwood Atlas – Helps reduce a dry or flakey scalp and has a balancing effect on oily/greasy hair.

Corn Protein – Helps add shine and strength to the hair.

Wheat Protein – Strengthening and protecting. Helps minimize damage to hair. Attract moisture to the hair.

Soy Protein – Helps the hair to retain moisture and shine. Promotes manageability, making it easier to comb.

Jojoba Oil – Deep cleansing. Excellent for use on greasy hair as it helps to balance oil production.

Murumuru Seed Butter and Brazil Nut Oil – Nourish, condition and protect the hair.

As with other products from AA Skincare I’ve been really impressed with the conditioner. It is lightweight and rinses clean yet is still rich enough to soften, Nourish and add shine to the hair.

A 250ml bottle costs £5.94 and is available online via the AA Skincare website.
